I started using Google Instant Search last week and found it amazingly fast and user friendly. If you want to try this, follow the link, http://google.com/ncr .
The beauty is, as you type in the first letter, Google starts showing you a result page that would otherwise have appeared after you completed typing the keyword and pressed enter. At least 5 to 10 seconds saved per search.
If I don't see the desired result, I can tweak my search just by pressing backspace, saving at least 2 to 3 seconds per search. Tremendous time saver and a great reference tool. I recommend it 100%.
