Will list some of the companies that provide transcription workflow solutions here. Hope it is useful to someone.
1. EZTrans
This is from EZTechgroup. Their website does not list the features though they claim it is a ground breaking solution.
2. ScribeRite
This is a web-based plaltform that charges companies per line of production for using their services. Advantage is the startup cost is minimum and cost is constant and will reduce as volume increases. However, disadvantage may be that there will be a constant outgoing and at some point one might wonder if developing one's own system would have been more economical!
3. InfraWare
This too is a web-based ASP model transcription solution offering a host of convenience to the transcription company. Capability to integrate voice recognition. Not sure about the price though.
4. VoiceSys
This is from Msquared (known as M2ComSys, Inc. in US). Pretty comprehensive and covers a to z of transcription process. The company has been around for more than 10 years and they also have transcription business, so the product is hopefully well oriented to production requirements.
